About Us

Destiny’s Group Home (DGH) Inc. was incorporated in 2012 and serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the following areas in Maryland: Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Hartford County,Prince George’s County, and Montgomery County. We strive to ensure the following for individuals in our programs, to enhance their quality of life; promote individual choices; provide opportunities to exercise individual rights, and to foster independence and growth.

DGH’s administrative team has extensive knowledge and experience within the healthcare industry. Our team managed by our Executive Director Marie G. Fernelis includes professionals with an aggregate of over 30 years of experience.

DGH, Inc. implements a person-centered approach in the delivery of supports and services. We are licensed to provide the following services and programs in the state of Maryland.
